Sammy Grant "Moses" Combest, 60, of Junction City, Kentucky, died Thursday, February 23, 2017. Born April 15, 1956, to the late James and Mary Jane Combest, he was employed at Wal-Mart as a produce stocker. He loved watching NASCAR, horse racing, and football, partying, and playing poker. He is predeceased by a sister, Alice Faye Horn
He is survived by three daughters, Crystal (Matt) Adams of Junction City KY, Christy (Jason) Goins of Nancy KY, and Samantha Combest of Danville KY, two brothers, James A. Combest of Crittenden KY, and Charles N. Combest of Lexington KY, five grandchildren, Cynthia Anne Goins, Samual Lynn Adams, Sabrina Renee Rollins, Jonathan Tyler Adams, and Eugene Grant Goins, and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Life service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City with Rev. Barry Harmon. Visitation will be after 5 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
