Michael Roberts

Michael Ray Roberts, age 62 passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Stanford, KY. He was born in Danville, KY on February 14, 1951 to the late George and Margie Yates Roberts.

Michael enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on vintage cars and loved animals. He and his father previously owned Roberts & Son Upholstery on Lebanon Rd. in Danville and most recently, Michael was employed as a welder.

Survivors include his sister, Alice (Jerry) Britton of Harrodsburg, KY and one nephew, Donald Ray Baugh of Danville, KY, as well as many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:30AM until 12:30 PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place at 1PM that day at Danville Memorial Gardens Chapel with Rev. Tommy Valentine officiating.
