Edward Aldine "Eddie" Pendygraft, 62, of Danville, died March 3, 2016. Born July 2, 1953 in Danville, he was the son of the late James Edwin Pendygraft and Wanda Elaine Brown Pendygraft Russell. Eddie was a 1970 graduate of Danville High School who enjoyed playing music. Eddie taught himself how to play the guitar and loved playing classic rock. He also enjoyed genealogy and tracing his family history. In addition to his parents Eddie was preceded in death by a son, Derek Aldine Quin and a sister, Betty Gay.

Eddie is survived by three brothers, Benny Pendygraft of Danville, Kenny Pendygraft of Hustonville, and Louis Wayne Pendygraft of Danville and three grandchildren, Sarah, Ethan, and Jeremy.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday March 8, 2016 at Stith Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Sallee and Rev. Johnny Westerfield officiating. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Mike Tyler, Scott Branaman, Roy Edmiston, Steve Johnson, Dale Wheeler and Mike Anderson. Visitation will be after 5 p.m., Monday March 7, 2016 at Stith Funeral Home.
