Arcie Conley

Arcie Faye Conley, 88, of Herron Dr. in Lancaster, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the Christian Care Center. Born January 23, 1926 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Warnie and Audie Allen Arnett. She was a seamstress at Palm Beach Company in Danville, formerly member of Drakes Creek Baptist Church, and a member of Forks of Dix River Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arbie J. Conley, a son; A.J. Conley Jr., six brothers and two sisters.

Her survivors include two sons; Dwight Conley (Linda), David Conley (Cynthia), all of Perryville, Kentucky, a daughter; Debra Wilmot (James) of Lancaster, eleven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home by Revs. Bill Rhodus & Daryl Hodge. Burial will follow at Danville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Josh Adams, Andy Conley, Tyler Conley, Justin Wilmot, Anthony Paternoster, Kaden Gervacio, Morgan Jones & Matthew Jones. Honorary Pallbearers will be the grand daughters, the staff at C.C.C. nursing home and a special friend Becky Walker. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Christian Care Center, or the Alzheimer's Association.
